Kai OkagawaIssue 17: Spring 2022

A headshot of Kai Okagawa. This spring, Kai was trained and selected to be a Resident Assistant (RA) for the Fall 2022-Spring 2023 school year. RAs are assigned to be role models and campus resources for students in the residence halls. Kai will be an RA in the Dayton Complex, where he will assist incoming freshman with their transition from high school to college. Among other tasks, Kai will monitor cleanliness and safety, plan student programs, and mediate roommate conflicts. These responsibilities will help Kai continue to develop his leadership and mentoring skills.
